Product Details

Product Overview

Usage

Used in dyes and fine chemicals as a key intermediate for synthesizing acid and cationic dyes. Primarily used in acid dye series (such as Acid Orange 50, Acid Red 119, Acid Blue 5, Acid Blue 7, Acid Green 5, Acid Green 15, Acid Green 65) and cationic dyes (such as Cationic Blue 65). The aromatic tertiary amine structural unit provided by this compound is an important building block for triphenylmethane and azo dyes, with the ethyl and benzyl substituents on nitrogen modulating dye shade and performance.
